• General visiting hours are from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
   
• Visitation in the Intensive Care Unit is limited to 15 minutes at the following times: 
  10:00 a.m. / 1:00 p.m. / 4:00 p.m. / 8:00 p.m.
   
• Only two visitors are allowed in the ICU per visiting time.
   
• Children under 12 years old are not allowed to visit in the Intensive Care Unit or in the Pediatrics Unit.

Admission 

Whether for a few hours or a few days, a hospital stay is often an anxious time. At Riley Hospital, we understand your concerns and will do everything possible to assure you a comfortable stay. Your physician will make preliminary arrangements for your admission, testing or outpatient treatment. Unless, of course, it's an emergency in which case you will be treated immediately. During admission you will meet with one of our friendly patient registration representatives to complete the medical and legal forms required for all patients. 


Gift Shop
 
Riley Hospital has a Gift Shop which is located in the hospital's Main Lobby. It is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The shops offers a variety of items including attractive gift selections, cards, magazines, books, candy and sundries.


Cafeteria Hours

The cafeteria is located on the first floor of the hospital annex. Grill services are available within the cafeteria.

  The grill is closed for dinner on the weekend.
  
  
• Guest Meal Trays: 
  Guest meal trays can be delivered to the patient rooms for all three meals. These trays consist of the same menu as the regular patient tray and must be paid for in the cafeteria prior to the meal being delivered. 
  
  
• Vending Machines:
  Soft drink machines are located in the main hospital in the lobby, second and fourth floors, and also in the annex on the first floor. 

Security
 
Visitor parking lots are located in the closest proximity to the building for your convenience. Security officers make frequent rounds inside and outside the building and are available to assist you as needed.


Smoke-Free Policy
 
In the interest of your health and to meet other regulatory guidelines, Riley Hospital is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted inside the building or near any entrance or exit to the building. Designated smoking areas are located outside the building.


Lost and Found

The Security Office of the hospital serves as the lost and found department. If you lose something while you are a patient or leave an item behind after discharge, the Security Office will notify you. You may also call (601) 693-2511 and ask for Security regarding lost items. If you find an item, you may leave it at the hospital switchboard.
